Movie
Men, women & children
My favorite movie because it looks at how our society is reacting to a very fast innovating technological push and how we interact with them. It was a great film if you watch it recommend that you don't go with your parents due to the sexual content.

Temple Gardin
Was an amazing film on autism and a person who changed the way we treat slaughter houses. Gave me perspective on what with someone with autism deals with and it was a beautiful film. My best friend recomended the film and I could not be happier that I saw it. I cried a few times in movie, because one of my many flaws was that anytime I saw someone with a disability whether it be that there blind or mentally disabled I felt sorry for them. When in reality they should feel sorry for me because I can see like a deaf person, or hear like blind person or just act based on feeling like a mentally challenged human because they are not concerned with what clothes is "hip" or what is socially acceptable they solely act on feeling and it is a beautiful thing. They should feel sorry that I take for granted what I have been blessed with.

Magazine : Spilled Milk
SPILLED MILK
- this will be an alternative news magazine that will give perspectives on stories that will be explicit, crude and at times not politically correct but always honest. Our goal is too look past cultural beliefs that limit ways of thinking, pushing boundaries of social norms and challenging people to think for themselves.
- I do not want to limit it to college education because just because you went to school does not mean that you necessarily know anything just that you are good at following directions. But both male and females that are okay with explicit language and conterversial ideas. We want our readers to write in with stories that they want covered as well.
-our magazine is better due to the our only mission is to create the strongest version of our readers as well ourselves. Which it may be spiritual, mental, physical or just open them up to new ideas
-onnit.com, higher primate, squarespace, audible and sperry
- child molestor or metal illness? (look at our society and the programs available for someone who would have urges/sexually attracted to kids)
Dmt, this would focus on the documentary and the medical study done by Terrance Mckenna and the controversial illegal drug dmt.
Charity or pockets of greedy humanitarians?
What percentage of your donations goes to cause and why are organizers making 6 figure salaries ?
Rethink GMO's , it is impossible to avoid GMO's because anything made or raised by us has been modified in some way. Some for the good and other for a cheaper reasons.
How culture limits us, look at negative affects of culture.

Influential Books
The Autobiography of Martin Luther King Jr. It was more than just an autobiography I learned so much about a man who did not have to get involved in a movement because he came from a well offed family. But instead gave his life for the betterment of his peolple. It is not an easy read quite a long book but the way is was written makes you not want to put it down. With regards to why it was influential "capitalism is always in danger of inspiring men to be more concerned about making a living than making a life." This quote stood out to me due to the fact that at one point in my life I was a business major and disliked it. My whole goal or purpose with business was making enough money to take care of my mother. So I would end up IN A JOB I DONT'T LIKE TO MAKE A LIVING SO I CAN CONTINUE LIVING DOING SOMETHING I DON'T LIKE DOING. I believe that this book helped me realize the things that matter in life and I questioned what I was doing.

Not because it defined me but it was a big part of my life that I lost. Getting injured or a break or any heart ache we go through as humans I believe humbles us, I realized that there was many aspects in my life that needed improvement, trough my injury I became more modest and stumbled upon Elliott Hulse's youtube channel and was on my way to becoming the strongest version of myself. I looked at his pinterest to see the books he was reading and liked the ideas he shared from this one and it helped me to try to find my passion in life or my truth.

“So live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in the service of your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide.
When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself.Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and grovel to none.Abuse no one and no thing, for abuse turns the wise ones to foolsand robs the spirit of its vision. When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.”~ Tecumseh
The last one is not a book but rather a poem I read that really touched me and was just beautiful. It was a interesting time in my life with everything going on, with everything I was reading from the bible to Dr. King's book, audio books by Emerson, to Deida or even motivational books by Eric Thomas. I saw how all of them coincided with one another and helped me discover my purpose in life was not based on making a salary.

Media Autobiography
Out of the many different types of media, Movies would have to be one that takes up most of my time. It is something I personally enjoy deeply. As a a kid I remember going with my mother on a Saturday, spending the whole day there sneaking into all the movies and on other occasions it would be at the Drive-inns and I would end up falling asleep. It was one of my favorite things to do, with regards to the rest television was not a big part until I got to high school. My mother and grandmother controlled the tv and it usually was some soap opera. So I spent my time outside as much as I could or until the street lights came on. Radio and audio seem to go hand in hand, early in my life with technology not quite were it is now, I remember making mix-tapes and burning cd's as a kid. As I continue to grow I restrict the amount of media or "distractions" that I allow myself. Books to my surprise have became a big part of the media I partake in. But with tv, movies or audio I censure what I allow myself to watch or hear. In my opinion I believe it does have some significance on our conscience and I hardly listen to anything to vulgar or explicit. As well as my choice in movies now scary movies are really not my cup of tea anymore. I listen to podcast during the times I walk in the morning my favorite is Joe Rogan's which kind of contradicts my previous statement because he can at time be explicit but the message he puts out about the mind, body and life are interesting to me. I could probably count with both hands the times I read the newspaper, and it was when an article was written about me in high school about football and the only magazine I read are when I am waiting to get a haircut. Media is very important it takes up much of our time do not waste on things that lack importance or are not making you a better person, we all get a kick out family guy or what kardashian is hotter but invest your time wisely.
